Skin tests
Anyone new to colour with us needs a skin test at least 48 hours before. It takes five minutes; we will arrange it when we confirm your booking.
Changing an appointment
Let us know 24 hours ahead and there is no charge. Inside 24 hours we may keep a deposit on colour appointments, because the time was set aside for you.
Running late
We will always try to fit you in. If we cannot finish everything properly, we will suggest what to do today and what to leave for next time.
