What we collect
When you send a booking request we receive your name, your phone number or email address, the services you chose and anything you write in the note. We use them only to arrange and confirm your appointment.
How long we keep it
Booking requests are kept for twelve months, then deleted. If you become a client, your colour formulas and skin-test dates are kept on your client card for as long as you visit us, and for two years after your last visit.
Who sees it
Only our team. We do not sell or share your details, and this site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time: email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
